Hayden Gaus, CFP®, RICP®
Owner & Wealth Advisor
Hayden Gaus, CFP®, RICP®, is the founder of an independent registered investment advisory firm established in 2026, focused on delivering comprehensive, personalized financial planning with clarity and purpose.
Originally from Wheeling, West Virginia, Hayden attended The Linsly School before earning a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, with a minor in History, from Kenyon College in 2019. While at Kenyon, he was a four-year member of the football program, balancing the demands of athletics with a rigorous academic curriculum—an experience that helped shape his disciplined, team-oriented approach to his work today.
Hayden began his career in financial services while still in college and spent several years building and leading a successful financial planning practice prior to launching his independent firm. His decision to establish an independent RIA was driven by a desire to provide objective advice, align closely with client interests, and deliver a more personalized planning experience.
He holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and Retirement Income Certified Professional® designations and is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Pittsburgh. Hayden primarily works with retirees, corporate leaders, and healthcare professionals who value proactive planning, clear communication, and long-term guidance.
Outside of work, Hayden enjoys golfing, traveling, attending concerts and sporting events, and spending time with his fiancée, Kelsey, and his family.
